Functions

1. 1. To organize, coordinate and direct staff in accordance with the approved policies and Laws bound in public service employment;
   2. To develop, recommend and advise management on human resource plans, policies and procedures;
   3. To be the custodian of the Centre’ assets;
   4. To be in charge of the Centre’s transport facilities;
   5. To undertake staffing and training function of the Centre;
   6. To motivate staff in line with the laid down rules and procedures; and
   7. To acquire, develop, maintain and improve assets and infrastructure of the Centre.
